Virtual Consignment

  • 70/30 split on revenue.
  • You hold your material in your facility we post it and represent it.
  • You can also give us a price and we'll mark the goods up over that price. The difference is our profit.

You provide us with updated files which lists the items you wish to sell, the quantity, manufacturers part number, the manufacture, date code, and condition of the goods (factory sealed, tape & reel, bulk). You maintain the goods in your facility until necessary for shipment to ours. This provides the greatest flexibility for you and is often used when you are in an over stock situation, or current products where demand may increase and your ability to self manage your inventory is available.

We contact you on a case by case basis for the most current and accurate information pertaining to your material.

Consignment

  • We inventory your goods, we post it and represent it.
  • 60/40 split on revenue.

This is an ideal situation for a maximum Return on Investment (ROI).

If your warehouse is in need of more room and you do not have the resources, or time to sell excess inventory one part at a time, then a consignment program is a good solution.

The consignment solution is simple. You ship your inventory to IHI where we do the rest. we count, inspect, and inventory the material. You are provided with Purchase Orders for all product sold and paid using one of our settlement options. Using this program your materials are offered out to the market, at a competitive price.

Sort & Settle

  • We will pay immediately for your inventory after inspection.
  • We cash you out of the material.

You ship us your inventory, we will sort it, itemize it, then negotiate an equitable price on both sides for the material. Through this method you eliminate future inventory carrying costs, while getting you instant cash for materials you no longer utilize.

Line Item Bidding

  • You provide us with a list of items that you wish to sell. You sort and itemize the material.
  • We bid on your parts by Line Item.

Lot Bidding

  • We bid on your parts by the lot. You sort and itemize the material.

Auction

  • We line Item Bid your product out to the highest bidder.

We require exclusive rights to represent your product for all auction based sales.

Settlement

We offer several methods; it's your choice:

  • Check - We send a check to you.
  • Credit - An alternative to cash, we'll give you equal credit, plus an additional 5% to use towards future items you will need.
  • Papal - A popular method for payment, we e-mail you the payment.
